Our veterinarians have decades of experience as doctors. The Germantown Vet staff has collectively over 80 pets, so we treat your pet as well as we treat our own. Between our combined medical experience and love of animals, while at our veterinary facility your pet will receive the best care possible.
Veterinarians
Dr. Lucy Tidd

Dr. Lucy Tidd attended Cornell University in New York for her bachelor’s degree in Animal Science and graduated from Cornell College of Veterinary Medicine in 1995. She is currently on the Alumni Board for Cornell’s College of Veterinary Medicine. She has a special interest in internal medicine and enjoys challenging medical and surgical cases. Dr. Tidd is the proud mom of Aidan, her 7 year old son, who hopes to be a veterinarian some day when he grows up. She also shares her home with 2 dogs and 2 cats. In her free time she is an avid equestrian having won many national and world titles in dressage with her Morgan stallion Coal.
Dr. Bianca Eastep

Dr. Bianca Eastep attended Virginia Tech for undergraduate studies and received her DVM from the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Eastep is certified by the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society (I.V.A.S.), and is actively interested in alternative veterinary medicine. In her spare time, she enjoys biking, tennis, hiking and travel.
Dr. Robin Gryskiewicz

Dr. Robin Gryskiewicz attended the University of Wisconsin for both her bachelor’s degree in Animal Science and her veterinary degree. She grew up on a family dairy farm where she realized that being a veterinarian was her dream. After graduating, she worked in a mixed animal practice near Minneapolis/St Paul before moving to Maryland to join Germantown Veterinary Clinic in January 2008. Dr. Gryskiewicz enjoys all aspects of the veterinary profession and is grateful to be able to help people and their pets. Dr. Gryskiewicz will always be a Wisconsin fan but does enjoy all the sports entertainment here in the DC area. She also enjoys being close to the Atlantic beaches and is not missing the bitter cold of Wisconsin!
Dr. Becky Rizol

Dr. Becky Rizol received her Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from King’s College in 2003. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Veterinary Medicine in 2008. After graduation, she completed a one year internship in a small animal medical-surgery practice in Gaithersburg, MD. She enjoys critical care medicine and has an interest in acupuncture therapy. Dr. Rizol is originally from Haverton, PA and is a big Philly sports fan. She currently has one feisty calico kitty named ‘Sadie”
