We have an amazing team of veterinarians and techs at Germantown Vet. Learn more about the doctors we have on staff:
Dr. Lucy Tidd is a graduate of Cornell University (BS Animal Science) and Cornell College of Veterinary Medicine. She currently sits on the Alumni Board for the latter institution. Dr. Tidd has a special interest in internal medicine, and she enjoys challenging medical and surgical cases.
Dr. Tidd enjoys a busy home life as well—she has a son named Aidan, two dogs, and two cats. She is also an avid equestrian and has won many national and world titles in dressage.
Dr. Bianca Eastep is a graduate of Virginia Tech and Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. She is certified by the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society (IVAS) to perform veterinary acupuncture—a centuries-old alternative medicine option that we’re happy to offer here at Germantown Vet.
In her spare time, Dr. Eastep enjoys the outdoors. She loves biking, tennis, hiking, and traveling.
Dr. Robin joined the team of veterinarians at Germantown Veterinary Clinic in the winter of 2008. She grew up on a small family dairy in northern WI and received her Bachelors of Science degree in Animal Science in 2001. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin of Veterinary Medicine in 2006, she worked in a mixed animal practice and then fled to the warmer weather of Maryland.
Dr. Robin shares her home with her husband, Bernard, and two small children, Stella and Selma…and two lovable cats, Fernando, and Jack. She hopes to add a dog to the family one day soon.
When Dr. Robin isn’t caring for her patients, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, being outdoors in nature, taking walks, gardening and being a Badger and Packer fan.
Dr. Becky Rizol is a graduate of King’s College (BS Neuroscience) and the University of Pennsylvania, School of Veterinary Medicine. After graduation, she completed a one year internship at a small animal medical-surgery practice in Gaithersburg, MD. Dr. Rizol takes a special interest in critical care medicine and acupuncture therapy.
Originally hailing from Haverton, PA, Dr. Rizol is a big Philly sports fan, and she and her feisty calico cat Sadie love cheering on their favorite teams.
Dr. Arielle Arnold grew up in Potomac, Maryland and attended Winston Churchill High School. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Biology at Virginia Tech. She then graduated from the University of California, Davis, School of Veterinary Medicine. Upon graduation, she moved back to Maryland to be closer to her family. Dr. Arnold’s professional interests include, but are not limited to, dentistry, preventative care and internal medicine.
In her free time, she enjoys staying active, hiking, traveling and doing just about anything outdoors. She lives with her fiancé and high school sweetheart, Camron, and their fur children. They have a Chihuahua mix with an adorable under bite, named Taz, and a one-eyed cat, named Fetty. Dr. Arnold is thrilled to be part of such a compassionate team and excited to care for your four-legged family members.
Dr. Valerie Briell grew up on her family’s ranch in a small town in South Central Texas. She received her BS in Biochemistry at Baylor University and her DVM from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences. She and her husband, Jorge, relocated to Maryland and are enjoying the cooler weather and multicultural environment. Dr. Briell has a special interest in preventive care and surgery.
Outside of work, Dr. Briell enjoys spending time with her husband hiking, biking, watching movies and traveling. They currently do not have any pets but are looking to adopt a dog in the future!
Dr. Lydia Titus grew up as an Army Brat until her family settled in Annapolis, MD in 2003. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science at Berry College in Rome, GA and went on to become part of the inaugural class of Lincoln-Memorial University’s College of Veterinary Medicine in Harrogate, TN. Upon graduating, Dr. Titus worked as an Emergency Veterinarian in Northern Kentucky for several months before joining a small animal general practice in Southern Ohio. Dr. Titus has special interests in surgery and behavior.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Titus would most likely be found outside – whether hiking with her husband and 2 dogs (Ava and Mardi), training for a race, or exploring a nearby winery. She is very excited to be able to join such an amazing team and to meet you and your furbabies!
